Quick start Scheduling Troubleshooting

What this app does

Books-in-a-Box Accountant Pack generates a downloadable ZIP package for a selected year and month and can email it to one or more recipients (for example: you and your accountant).

Quick start

  1. Install the app from your store admin.
  2. Open the app from Apps.
  3. Select the Year and Month.
  4. Enter recipient emails (comma-separated).
  5. Click Generate & Send Pack.

Example: you@domain.com, accountant@domain.com

Scheduling automatic emails

  1. Open the app and click Manage Schedule.
  2. Set the Run day (1–28).
  3. Enable Active.
  4. Enter recipients and click Save schedule.

You can disable or update the schedule any time.

Troubleshooting

I didn’t receive the email

  • Check spam/junk and search for “Books-in-a-Box”.
  • Confirm recipient emails are correct and comma-separated.
  • If your domain has strict filtering, allow the sender shown in the app.

Download link is missing

  • Refresh once and try again.

Pack seems empty

  • Confirm the correct month and year.
  • Make sure the store has orders in that period.

I reinstalled the app

  • After reinstall, open the app once and re-save your schedule.
